Careers at As We Do Chocolates

As We Do is Canada's first chef-led, scaled bean-to-bar operation. We're building something that doesn't exist yet, and we're building it without shortcuts.

Everyone here shapes the brand, the product, and the culture. We are looking for people who want to grow with us, be curious about the process, look for ways to better the whole experience of making and enjoying chocolate.

Chocolate Production Team Member

If you are interested in joining us, please reach out to my amazing chef colleague Amir Derakhshan at amir@aswedochocolates.com. Amir is our Operations Manager and will be building out our chocolate production team in the coming months.

We are a growing artisan chocolate manufacturer dedicated to creating exceptional chocolate products using state-of-the-art equipment and traditional craftsmanship. Our facility combines premium ingredients, innovative technology, and a passion for quality to produce handcrafted chocolate creations at scale.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow with our team.

Unlike highly specialized manufacturing environments, our team members are involved in a variety of tasks throughout the production process. Every day brings new opportunities to learn different aspects of the business, develop new skills, and help create high-quality chocolate products.
